Zilong Liang・MeshI just added a new note type called “quote notes”. Quote notes share quotes from books, articles, and other sources, sometimes with my own commentary.
Here’s the commit: zlliang/zlliang@4a7ee22. I also updated the relevant descriptions in Starting a Tech Blog at the End of 2025.
Update Apr 24, 2026: I consolidated note types and folded the quote type into the broader bookmark type.
Update Apr 25, 2026: I removed note types entirely. The /notes/types/quote URL referenced above no longer exists; it now redirects to /notes. See: Eliminated note types.
